In addition to the base rental rate, the following fees apply: a $2 per day Florida Rental Surcharge Fee; a Gas Service Fee or Lithium Fee (depending on your cart type); a 2.9% Credit Card Surcharge Fee — this fee is waived if you drop off exact cash at our Downtown location within 1 hour to secure the reservation; and a 7% Florida Sales Tax. All applicable taxes and fees will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

We recommend reserving your golf cart as early as you secure your accommodations, particularly during peak season. Many guests book weeks and often months in advance, and availability frequently sells out. Once reserved, your selected dates are removed from our calendar and your vehicle is held exclusively for you. All reservations require full payment at the time of booking. A reservation is not considered confirmed until payment has been received and the digital rental agreement and safety acknowledgment have been fully completed. All reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. All rental sales are final and operate rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for weather, early returns, unused rental time, travel changes, no shows, life events, natural disasters, or failure to complete required documentation. Cancellations made at least seven days prior to the scheduled rental date may receive a one year store credit at our sole discretion — store credit requests must be submitted in writing via email only and will not be accepted by phone, text, or in person. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Carts are released and returned during posted business hours only. We do not offer after-hours delivery or pickup. All drop-offs are scheduled between 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, and all pickups are scheduled between 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM. All delivery and pickup windows are subject to traffic and weather conditions. On the final morning of your rental, keys must be placed in the lockbox no later than 7:00 AM. This ensures a smooth and timely pickup for all guests. If you arrive after business hours on your scheduled delivery or pickup date, refunds or credits will not be issued.

To rent a street legal low speed vehicle, you must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver license, provide a major credit card in your name, and maintain active personal automobile insurance from the United States for the full duration of the rental. Proof of valid U.S. auto insurance is required prior to vehicle release.

Active personal automobile insurance from the United States is required for the entire rental period. Proof of valid U.S. auto insurance must be provided prior to vehicle access. If you do not carry a current United States auto insurance policy or cannot provide proof of valid U.S. coverage at the time of vehicle release, a security deposit equal to the full replacement value of the rented cart is required — for example, if the cart is valued at $15,000, a $15,000 deposit will be collected and held until the vehicle is safely returned. This same deposit requirement applies to guests traveling from outside the United States. Foreign insurance policies that do not provide coverage within the United States cannot be accepted as a substitute.

The operator assumes full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all passengers at all times. Each passenger must occupy their own designated seat and wear their seat belt before the vehicle is in motion. Exceeding the manufacturer's seating capacity is strictly prohibited. Weight limits: 4-passenger carts have an 800 lb maximum total weight; 6-passenger carts have a 1,200 lb maximum total weight. All occupants are required to wear seat belts at all times in accordance with Florida law. Gas models are equipped with two-point seat belts. Electric models are equipped with three-point seat belts.

Our low speed vehicles are fully registered, insured, and compliant with Florida law. Each vehicle is equipped with headlights, tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, horn, mirrors, reflectors, seat belts, DOT approved windshield, and slow moving vehicle emblem. Vehicles operate between 20 and 25 miles per hour and may only be driven on roads with posted speed limits of 35 miles per hour or less. Driving on beaches, bike paths, bridges, restricted roadways, or outside approved service areas is strictly prohibited and may result in additional fees and immediate termination of the rental.

We operate as a delivery based service and deliver directly to approved rental homes, hotels, and vacation properties within Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach. Delivery fees may apply depending on location. Driving outside approved service areas may result in a minimum $350 out of territory fee plus applicable recovery, retrieval, and administrative charges.

GAS CARTS: Gas models use regular unleaded 87 octane gasoline and typically travel approximately 80 to 120 miles per tank. Fuel is prepaid; however, gas vehicles must be returned with at least 50 percent fuel remaining. Each time you park and remove the keys, confirm all front lights are off and the Bluetooth speaker is powered down — both will drain the battery if left on. Note: solid rear lights remaining on for up to 2 minutes after removing the key is a standard Yamaha default setting and will shut off automatically. ELECTRIC CARTS: Electric models are equipped with Eco Battery lithium systems and typically provide approximately 30 to 35 miles of range for four-passenger units and 25 to 30 miles for six-passenger units. The cart must be fully charged every night. Do not allow the battery to drop below 30%. Charging takes approximately six to eight hours from a fully depleted battery. Battery damage caused by failure to follow charging instructions may result in the renter being held responsible for the full battery replacement cost.

The renter is fully responsible for any loss, damage, theft, misuse, or expense occurring while the vehicle is in their possession. This includes, but is not limited to, flat tires, lost or broken keys, dead batteries, towing charges, excessive cleaning, fuel or oil spills, negligence, improper operation, traffic violations, parking citations, recovery fees, administrative costs, and any third party damages. The drop-off address must match the pickup address unless you have received prior written authorization via email.

The rental agreement must be completed and electronically signed prior to vehicle access. Failure to complete the agreement will result in cancellation without refund. Payment submission confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions. The renter assumes all risk of injury, death, property damage, or liability for themselves and all occupants during the rental period.

We specialize exclusively in premium street legal golf cart rentals. That said, from time to time we do retire a select few vehicles from our active fleet replacing them with brand new units and those pre-owned carts may become available for purchase.
