Use of this website does not guarantee availability, pricing, or rental confirmation. All bookings are subject to location-specific terms and final approval.

Bookings, payments, and fulfillment may be handled by third-party providers. GolfCartBookings.com is not responsible for services rendered by third parties.

Limitation of Liability

GolfCartBookings.com is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content.

Reservations and Payment Policy

All reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. When a vehicle is reserved, the selected dates are removed from our live availability calendar and held exclusively for the renter. A reservation is not considered confirmed until full payment has been received and all required rental documentation has been completed.

No Refund Policy

All rental sales are final. Payments are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Inclement weather or rain
• Natural disasters or acts of God
• Personal life events or emergencies
• Travel changes, flight cancellations, or itinerary adjustments
• Early returns or unused rental time
• No shows or failure to appear at the scheduled delivery time
• Failure to complete required rental documentation

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Store Credit Policy

Cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled rental date may be considered for a one (1) year store credit at our sole discretion. Store credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be applied toward a future rental booking. The issuance of a store credit is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Store credits will not be issued for cancellations made less than seven days before the scheduled rental date.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
